We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of our handmade pieces as they are custom, made to measure and made to order. If you have any issue with the fit of your custom order, we offer free alterations! to arrange,  DM us on instagram!

Please note that if youve requsted  a certain colour  then the item will be made in the same material as the product youve selected but in your colour choice! if youve requested a colour that we cant find in the exact material we may create the piece in an alternative material or contract you to discuss options!

This also applies to certain fabric stocks or trimming such as lace (if we run out of our original choice  the print may differ very slightly). if you have any questions please get in touch!
